Welcome to Hartshorn Farm
Where organic produce grows alongside pollinators, purpose, and possibility.
They didn’t set out just to grow vegetables. Dave and Amy Hartshorn set out to grow a movement—
one rooted in clean food, clean living, and deep connection to the land.
Dave Hartshorn, a former dairy farmer and fifth-generation Vermonter, speaks fluent tractor and considers compost a love language. He’s been farming organically for over 30 years and knows exactly when the strawberries will pop and how much rain the kale actually needs—not just what the apps say.
Amy (Todisco) Hartshorn is the green-living powerhouse behind the scenes (and often out front). A nationally recognized green living mentor, speaker, and host of the Green Living Now podcast, she’s helped thousands of people detox their homes, habits, and health—without overwhelm.
Together, they’ve turned a humble patch of land on scenic Route 100 in Waitsfield, Vermont, into something far greater than just a farm. Hartshorn Farm is a community hub—where organic produce grows alongside pollinators, purpose, and possibility. It’s a place for nourishment, learning, inspiration, and a deeper connection to the land.

What Our Community Is Saying

A good variety of vegetables and priced so as not to break the bank. Very impressed by the number of returning customers as we sat and enjoyed the warm sun. A very impressive farm stand.”
— Ray Fair“My husband, daughters, and I did the tour and lunch with Amy, and to say we had an AMAZING experience would be an understatement.
